CEO LEGACY

We work with visionary, high-performance CEOs who are committed to creating a positive lasting legacy in the organisation’s they lead.

Working 1:1 with an executive coach, in a 12-month structured coaching programme, provides a trusted and safe environment to confirm and shape their legacy.

Not for everyone, the CEO legacy programme is for only those leaders who have the courage and commitment to face their own truths and shape a better future for themselves and the organisations they lead.


FORMAT
1:1 coaching (in-person or online). One session per month, for 12 months.


PROGRAMME:

Executive IMPACT for Individuals

In this six-month transformational coaching programme, we work with the executive leaders you can’t afford to lose. These are the executives who have a significant impact on your organisation’s success, who may be regarded as CEO successors and who have openly expressed a desire to learn and develop their leadership strengths and the courage to tackle their challenges.

Offering both depth of transformation and personalisation, this programme is tailored to meet the unique challenges of each leader. Working in a partnership model the coaching provides support and alignment between the CEO (their direct manager), the Executive and the key-talent coach, providing consistency, transparency and support for the agreed impact goals.


FORMAT
1:1 coaching (in-person or virtual). Two coaching meetings per month for 6-months.


PROGRAMME:

Executive Impact for Teams

This is the ultimate executive team development programme. In this 6-month programme, we work with executive teams who are committed to eliminating siloed, misaligned or dysfunctional behaviour and building a truly collaborative, supportive and high-performing team.

With a mix of 1:1, small group coaching and full team facilitation, team members use insights from both quantitative and qualitative 360 feedback to address the areas of defensiveness that hold them back from collaboration and harness their unrealised strengths to build greater cohesion.

With both individual and collective insights, the group works to support each other to overcome both interpersonal and performance challenges as they progress through the 6 months of development.

PROGRAMME:

Leadership LEAP

Leadership LEAP is a 12-week structured coaching programme designed for talented leaders committed to stepping up as future executive leaders of the organisation.

Invest in your best! Identify those who are your key talent, future successors and must retain individuals and offer them this unique opportunity for leadership growth.

We provide in-house programmes for 6-8 individuals and two public programmes a year, inviting people from all over the world to join and learn together. Each cohort will learn through a mixture of both, self-guided learning, small group coaching clinics and individual coaching meetings with an experienced key-talent coach.
