ABOUT US

Sarah Friis provides executive coaching for leaders grounded in psychology

“The purpose of coaching is to support leaders to uncover what is really holding them back, to gain the insight and courage to tackle these challenges and then to move forward with greater purpose, presence and performance than what they thought possible”.

SARAH FRIIS - FOUNDER & KEY TALENT COACH

OUR APPROACH

As leaders advance in the organisational hierarchy, so too does their impact on the people and the overall performance of the organisation. This impact may be trending more positive where their presence creates an uplifting environment that stimulates the culture to thrive or it may be trending negative, where their presence may be suppressing and compromising the culture and performance. The impact is never neutral.

What determines if this impact is trending positive or negative is the executive’s capacity for self, social and systemic awareness.
