Leadership Leap
Give your executive successors the best development possible and get them ready to take the leap to executive level leadership.
You’ve taken time to assess, calibrate, and align your most promising executive successors. So, what next?
They may not be ready right now, there’s probably not an executive role for them right now, but you recognise their talent to the business and you want to retain them in the business. You want to continue to nurture and grow these leaders to ensure they are ready and confident for executive level leadership, in your business or the next. You want to…
Nurture talent
Harness the qualities from your current internal team and develop their mindset for executive-level leadership.
Plan for the future
Prepare your future leaders within your organisation for advancement by building readiness and confidence for executive-level roles.
Retain talent
Strengthen your internal talent pipeline, enhance succession planning, and retain your key talent – it offers better value than recruiting.

Leadership LEAP provides you with a clear programme of development, that’s been proven to provide retention, growth and a performance lift in the attendees.
And as always, Key Talent Coaching provides a Guarantee for Results!
“Always a privilege to partner with Sarah Friis & Megan Davies who are simply fantastic. Thrilled to see the growth and bonds this group of Executive successors made over the programme (and beyond!). Looking forward to more collaborations with Key Talent Coaching in the future!”
