My self-confidence grew tremendously, and I realized I can achieve great things. I now feel empowered to make my own decisions without always relying on input or approval from someone else. Delegating work to my team members is also easier now because I focus more on giving them an opportunity to grow instead of feeling like I shouldn’t be asking more of them.
