The information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to provide through our enquiry form or in direct correspondence — your name, organisation, email address, region, area of interest and message. We also collect diagnostic and coaching information during programmes, with the participant’s agreement.

How we use it

Enquiry information is used solely to respond to you and to discuss how we might work together. Programme information is used to deliver coaching and to report agreed measures of progress to sponsors.

Confidentiality

Coaching conversations are confidential. Individual diagnostic results are shared with the participant, and reporting to sponsors is limited to what has been agreed with the participant at the outset.

Storage and sharing

Information is stored securely and is never sold. We share it with third parties only where necessary to deliver a programme, such as accredited assessment providers, and only with your knowledge.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Contact either director and we will action your request promptly.
