How impact is measured
Three core measures.
We agree the intended outcomes at the outset, measure progress throughout and remain committed until meaningful change is achieved.
01
Strategic impact
Our clients achieve goals that create meaningful strategic impact.
02
Leadership transformation
Our clients experience transformative shifts in their leadership.
03
Organisational impact
Our clients create positive impact for their teams and the organisations they lead.

“Your robust evaluation following this programme is indicating huge leaps in confidence and competence as they continue their journey towards building their executive mindset.”
Megan & Sarah, you have both been a joy to work alongside.
Thanks for your wonderful care and commitment toward our leaders.

Organisational impact
The impact organisations can expect.
Developing leaders creates change beyond the individual—in how teams work together, deliver on priorities and shape organisational culture.
Stronger leadership behaviour and effectiveness.
Clearer strategic contribution.
Improved stakeholder relationships.
Greater team collaboration and accountability.
Stronger executive succession readiness.
More constructive organisational culture.
Sustained performance under pressure.
Progress you can see.
Impact that matters.
We begin by agreeing what meaningful change would look like for the leader, the team and the organisation. Throughout the coaching, we review progress against those outcomes, looking at changes in behaviour, relationships and effectiveness.
01
Define what matters
Agree development goals and intended outcomes that connect leadership growth with relevant organisational priorities.
02
Understand what is changing
Draw on reflection, observed behavioural shifts, leadership and stakeholder feedback, and relevant diagnostic insights to understand progress.
03
Review the impact
Use programme evaluations, team reflections and agreed effectiveness measures, as appropriate, to assess what has changed and where further development is needed.
Coaching conversations remain confidential. What is shared with sponsors is agreed with the participant at the outset, so progress can be reviewed while protecting trust.
Participant impact
